Remember, self-awareness is the first step to meaningful change, and goal setting is the bridge between your dreams and reality.

      • 1. Start with the Video Lesson:
      • Watch the full video titled “Discovering the Real You.” Take notes as you watch and write down your personal insights.
      • 2. Download the Workbook:
      • Go through each guided activity step-by-step. Don’t rush. Set aside time to reflect after each section.
      • 3. Take the Self-Awareness Quiz:
      • Complete the quiz after finishing the workbook section. Your results will help tailor your personal development focus.
      • 4. Set Your SMART Goals:
      • Use the template provided to write down 3–5 personal goals for the next 6 months. Be specific and realistic.
      • 5. Create Your Vision Board:
      • Using Canva or physical materials, build a vision board based on your goals. Save or print it where you can see it daily.
      • 6. Complete the 7-Day Challenge:
      • Engage with the daily prompts to deepen your clarity and self-awareness. Share insights in your reflection journal.
      • 7. Join the Forum Discussion:
      • Participate in the Week 1 thread. Introduce yourself, share one personal goal, and engage with your fellow learners.
      • 8. Submit Your Weekly Reflection:
      • At the end of the week, upload your filled journal or submit a short paragraph on what you learned and how you’ve grown.
